Before you have surgery our physios can prepare you by making sure you are as strong as possible and familiar with the exercises that you should be undertaking both in advance and after your operation.
At Physio LDN we are also available to attend surgical meetings or procedures with patients to ensure we know enough to treat the condition in the best way possible,
post-SUrgery
Seeing a physio after surgery can be the difference between a full or partial recovery. At Physio LDN we will ensure you achieve optimum strength and mobility, restore weakened muscles, and fix movement patterns.
